Something is weird. The possession stats you quoted are correct. But according to the AFL app, he was in the top three players on the ground in each of total distance covered, sprint efforts and work rate (ie “average speed into attack”, whatever that means).

It sounds as though he is running to where the ball isn’t, not winning it when he gets there, or his team mates are not kicking it to him…. But he is still busting a gut. Very odd data.

Basically he’s just running up and down the ground without any clue how to actually play footy. Chicken with its head cut off

Diabolical game from him today, had no stats at all in the first half and actually negative on DT ranking until they moved him into the middle in Q3

Big problem for Norf since they signed him for 5 years @$500k

Sad to see but certainly not sad we traded him

How can the most talented kid of the draft who follows up with a brilliant first year end up being rubbish?

We didn't do our homework on him or failed to develop him, either way we let ourselves down which cost us money, time and a 1st round pick.

Let's not forget, Naughton was available. :(

I think anyone playing for Nth would look worse irrespective of form!
