His fine is suspended for the rest of the season, not him. But thanks for the scare.

Having avoided a suspension, De Goey will be available for selection for Sunday's clash with the GWS Giants at the MCG on Sunday afternoon at 3:20pm (AEST).

Excellent decision. He can know claim mental health as the reason and the media will have to leave him alone.

For whatever reason, the AFL media started tweeting out he was suspended for the rest of the season and then the narrative changed 5 minutes later when the actual CFC PR release dropped

I read the club statement email as he'd been suspended until the end of the season as well initially... poor use of comma.

On second read I got it that the fine has been suspended pending good behaviour.

Jordan has also been given a sanction of $25,000, suspended until the end of the Club's 2022 season to be of good behaviour until then.

Anyone still arguing it wasn't his hand pulling at her top? Hopefully the penny has finally dropped for him and the club can stop wasting valuable time and resources cleaning up his messes. Late diagnosis for ADHD is a tough gig to deal with and explains a lot of his behaviour. I hope he learns to manage it both for his own sake and the club's. Onwards and upwards Pies!

Heater was on ABC insight not long ago talking about his diagnosis and how it affected his life and footy. SAS too. Not sure if it’s still watchable online but here’s a clip: https://twitter.com/insightsbs/status/1 ... -soF4sAqYw

Opposition supporters and media screaming for suspension/sacking, yet will be applauding Steven May and Bailey Smith’s return to footy.

This is all nonsense. The claptrap is no doubt from those who hate Collingwood and hoping that Collingwood will do the stupid thing and suspend him such that he will not be available to play them and or in the hope that he will be traded out and they may be the beneficiaries.

If that’s the case, he needs to state it, otherwise he needs to accept the consequences of his actions.
