How did Grundy go and any other Collingwood player any injuries good win by the Pies

Grundy was slow with little impact on the game. Barely jumped after quarter time. Lots of tackles in close . Found it hard to move the big Southport Ruckman Brent Crossley off the line. Nothing really to rave about from that performance but he seemed to get through .

Grundy’s coming back from a PCL and 15weeks off. He’s going to need some time. Most players coming back from a PCL take a while, not weeks, I mean months before they recover fitness and confidence.

Not sure he will be playing seniors next week. I think it will be a while yet.

Begg looked good around the ground and appears to have grown a little body strength since the start of the year
Ed Allen kicked our last goal of the year at the 58minute mark of the last quarter
