Shouldn't the article say that he's a cheating, sniping, upskirting, lying piece of gutter trash who's got the most punchable face in the AFL.

Ginnivan is the football personality of the year, purely off the back of the mass media coverage he has received. Winning the ANZAC Medal and coming fourth in the Rising Star shows the young man can play too. The way he and Nick Daicos have stood up to media scrutiny this year, albeit very different types, is a credit to both of them. I love what they bring and I'm looking forward to seeing what they'll be like when they've got 100 games under their belts.

Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy.
And silence from commentators? Deafening. I’m certain they are under instructions from the AFL via their bosses to say nothing. I guess you don’t pay 4.7 billion for a product and then let the commentators say anything they want.Mr Miyagi wrote:Different rules for different players/clubs. Unbelievable isn’t it. Watching the game tonight I was gobsmacked. Three guesses why Brisbane players are rewarded frees for ducking. I’m sure Ginni would have thrown his tV remote at the wall if he watched it.watt price tully wrote:The free on the wing when Spargo ducked into it …….dalyc wrote:3 shrugs or ducks all paid as high frees tonight. Ginni would get nothing. It’s a disgrace.
I would love for a proper journalist to ask McLacklin if the AFL does put constraints on what get says. Would be denied for sure but would be on the record if nothing else.

Magnificent season from him. 39 goals - and multiple goals in more than half of our games in 2022. Our leading goal kicker in 2019, 2020 and 2021 did not kick as many goals as Jack has kicked so far this year. He has played 2 fantastic finals. The ball didn’t fall his way last week but he played both games with the same intensity.
There’s just a chance we’ll be singing “He was only 19” at the end of the year, as we did for Sidey in 2010.

Very smart footballer, playing very bloody good football.
After the ducking furor he's just got on with it and got the ball in other ways, except for the one last night.
I think I noticed him during the 2 finals doing more in the chase and tackle than he had previously. It's clearly not second nature to him but it again shows how he can learn and adapt.
I've been trying to think of a past player, from any club, who he plays like and I can't. he's not overly quick or strong, doesn't have a bag of evasive tricks, just serviceable overhead, if anything he's like a bush footy full forward. His superpower seems to be just knowing where the ball is going to be and getting in good positions. Just a natural forward who also happens to work very hard on his craft.
Love the kid.

Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
