Yep great article - interesting about the non-Collingwood way of making the appointment of Mc Care. I reckon getting Wrighty was one of the best pick ups of all time, as he would have driven this approach.

That was the most refreshing part of last year's coaching appointment.

The fact that we undertook a process and did our due diligence rather than go for a captain's pick or favourite son which we've done too many times in the past.
