What are you doing for Grand Final day?
I'm staying home and watching on TV, but I'd do that if we weren't in restrictions anyway.
Pretty sure not everyone will be doing the same, I called into Aldi this morning to check out the Saturday special buys, saw one older couple with a trolley full of snack food arguing over how many packets of hot dogs to get. They either have a ginormous family living with them, they're having company tonight or they just really have a shit diet and are in their 30's and just look like they're in their 70's.
I've got some party pies and sausage rolls in the freezer, cocktail savs, and grabbed some corn fritters and vege samosas from the David Jones food section at BP express.
Been watching some of the pre game on 7, just turned over to watch Storm v Penrith prelim, later on I'll kick back with Mum, cook the tucker in the air fryer, get out the Sangria to wash it down and kick back and watch the game.

Watching at home back in Melbourne unfortunately, but yeah I saw a lot of people at the shops stocking up for big parties…
It’ll be interesting to see if they were just having day parties and heading home at halftime or going to take on the curfew police!!!
Only positive is a lot of police stations have 11pm shift change

Riding a bike with a friend from Geelong to Queencliff then taking the ferry to Sorrento then riding back to South Caulfield; My bicycle friend Sarah lives in Murrumbena (not far from my place) This is in practice for around the bay in a day on October 9 where we’re doing the 210km option. She’s nearly 30 years younger than me

Nice bump.
Just getting ready to head back to Melbourne, listen to some of it in the car.
Beautiful up here at the moment but I hope the river goes down soon, it's up around 6 metres (normally around 2m), all the beaches are under water so there's no where for camping.

Working in the garden and repairing the shade sails.
Having family over in a couple of weeks to celebrate red headed chicks 21st birthday. Family gatherings are always a good motivator to get things done...& and some good weather.
Not really interested in watching the game, will get score checks during the arvo.
Prefer Bunnies over Panthers tonight, lesser of two evils

I’m exactly in the same frame of mind, totally pissed off that no one in the hack media supports the unfair circumstances that Collingwood suffered from.think positive wrote: im stll pissed off, ripped off both games, **** you AFL, cant wait til that prick Gil is gone!
I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm
