Yeah I must admit in my armchair no idea about the kids opinion none of them set my world alight post draft. Only Henry on that list has thus far shown he is AFL worthy but still early days.

I would point him towards three goals for pre-season:
1) add 6-8kgs to his frame
2) work his guts out learning to kick on his right foot
3) align himself with Sidebottom in terms of preseason training and become an elite two-way runner

I get frustrated when a young man like Poulter has the goods (he has shown glimpses of it) but gives the impression he doesn’t apply him self and skills he has
We have players who continue to apply themselves to reach a high standard so this young man is either buying into a footy career or not
