Bassat said the decision was made after the review found “troubling” news that suggested the club was not in a position to contend for the premiership.

Jesus, what a joke. And David Noble was part of the sacking decision, despite just being sacked himself. I’m hearing players are absolutely filthy at the club and at the timing.

Max King will be a chance now

If they had any character, they'd be at the club right now in a mini-revolt, kicking the boardroom doors in [which are probably termite and vermin infected anyhoo, just like their culture].

Failing that, another mass player exodus at the end of 2023 would suffice.

Basically, whatever consigns them to the bottom four again; where they belong.

If they take back Ross Lyon, that'll set them back 20 fkn years.

They should go for someone young. Yze, Caracella, Giansiracusa, etc.
