Disappointing, would’ve been nice to put another 50 on tonight, guessing now we bat normally for the first 45 minutes then up the anti until lunch hoping to keep wkts in hand, after lunch we unleash hell.

England’s highest 4th innings total ever at Lord’s against any opposition was 307 against the West Indies in 1988. The highest for a win was 3/282 against NZ in 2004.

But....these crazy bastards have zero interest in holding on for a draw, they will go flat out trying to get any target they get set.

The good news is, Cummins knows that. We don't need to make a sporting declaration, just get as many runs as we can and hold our catches when they come out swinging.
