AFLCA Coaches award:
Damian Barrett and Nat Edwards on podcast discussing Nick Daicos on track to create history,
already gone past last year's AFLCA Coaches award winners Clayton Oliver & Touk Miller.
Nick Daicos, on the verge of breaking records

Brownlow Prediction:
Currently, 36 votes is the highest tally any Brownlow winner has polled in a single season.
If Daicos is on 30 votes now, that means he’s averaging 1.76 votes/game, and if he continues at that pace,
will finish on a remarkable 40 votes.
A round-by-round breakdown of Daicos’ potential record-breaking Brownlow campaign

No, the youngest ever winner of the Brownlow Medal was Dick Reynolds from Essendon at 19 years old.
Nice article looking at grouping Brownlow Medal record holders according to age, clubs, etc.

He might not get as many votes as you think - depends if the umpires are looking for him. He gets the stats, that's in his favour, and he gets a couple of awesome individual efforts a game which are eye catching, but sometimes you need to be almost there in the Brownlow for the umps to think about awarding you votes. So some of the games we have hinm BOG he might only get 2 votes, others he might not get any, and your 40 points can turn into 20 pretty quickly... Then another Pridis wins the brownlow and we're all left pondering how damaging 40 touches can be....

You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!
Barrett on Footy Classified reported Nick and the club are working on an extension till the end of 2029. (He already has 2 years after this one.) And Josh possibly for even longer.
Eddie said that'll make him the richest 21-year-old in the comp.
Earlier, on afl.com.au's Gettable, Twomey was saying Nick could be the AFL's 1st $2-million player (i.e. per year, for real, without front- or backloading).
