Anyone here go to the NHL last weekend?

I booked to go to the open practice ($20) and all the stuff outside ended up being free, including photos with the Stanley Cup. Then the open practice was cancelled.

Anyway. I didnt book seats to the actual event as I thought they were well overpriced. That is until the Wednesday before the event. Got three tickets for the price of 1 after they decided to slash prices.

It was a pretty good event.

I would have gone if I’d been in Australia. I went to a Canada v US 2nd tier exhibition a couple of years ago at the rink in Dockland and even that was fantastic. The speed and power of the players in real life is quite astonishing.

Well, that's good. Would hate to watch a game from the cheap seats and have to guess!

But some folks say they like watching women's tennis 'cos they can see the ball. Other folks would say they have no prob seeing the ball in men's tennis.
