I booked to go to the open practice ($20) and all the stuff outside ended up being free, including photos with the Stanley Cup. Then the open practice was cancelled.
Anyway. I didnt book seats to the actual event as I thought they were well overpriced. That is until the Wednesday before the event. Got three tickets for the price of 1 after they decided to slash prices.
It was a pretty good event.
Anyone here go to the NHL last weekend?
Re: Anyone here go to the NHL last weekend?
I would have gone if I’d been in Australia. I went to a Canada v US 2nd tier exhibition a couple of years ago at the rink in Dockland and even that was fantastic. The speed and power of the players in real life is quite astonishing.Presti35 wrote:I booked to go to the open practice ($20) and all the stuff outside ended up being free, including photos with the Stanley Cup. Horrific. Adam Johnson's tragic passing.
