An Australian series created by the two Kates. Refreshing, clever and funny.

We have been watching that as well.
Very good.
One of the characters was getting a bit anoying but that was toned down in the last episode, once you got a bit more of the back story.

Watching the penultimate episode of the latest series of SAS Australia, filmed on location in Jordan.

Abby Holmes (from the Ch 7 AFL commentary team) is one determined biatch. Love her to bits. I love what she brings on game day to the AFL and watching her in this, wow. She's fckd up lots of things but by geezus, she will not quit. In a lot of ways she reminds me of my daughter.

Yeah I was pissed they voted her out. Gutsy lady

I just watched the railwaymen on Netflix. My dad worked for union carbide as an engineer from 1970, I remember they changed the name not long before he took a package. It was his only job here. I remember the awesome Christmas party’s, presents, food vouchers, Santa, and rides, even a train around the refinery.

And now I feel guilty. Gees, what a story. What amazing heroes.

I just download random TV series and watch them.

Broadchurch, a UK Crime Drama series 3 Seasons and the main actor is in a US series called Grace Point with the same plot. Enjoyable Broadchurch, yet to watch the other.

Bosch Legacy US Crime watched 2 seasons, and I think there is a 3rd coming Good Watch

Reacher, if you love the books you will enjoy the TV Series, at least his a big unit not like Tom Cruise in the Movies

Special Ops: Lioness, Great Series.

The Cleaning Lady, I am currently watching Season 1 now. Crime/Drugs Great Series.

Speaking of Nordic Noir, did you ever watch Lillyhammer? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1958961/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

I'll also happily steer anyone to Killing Eve https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7016936/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Take Care of Maya was incredibly sad and infuriating. Don't watch it you want an upbeat weekend:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27542448/

The American legal system and both public and privatised services system is frighteningly authoritarian, and its outcomes frighteningly legalised and subject to the ability to hire top lawyers (as we're seeing with Trump's cases and deferral strategy). This doco gives a lot of insight into that creepiness.

This deposition in the Maya civil case is almost as good as the doco itself in surfacing that creepiness. Imagine just how much work and expense from an evidently excellent attorney and law firm was needed just for this alone:
https://youtu.be/QDJ3xVTaN48

Another deposition I haven't watched:
https://youtu.be/-lU--JyWUhg
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

I've been enjoying Furia

Norwegian drama on an undercover cop who infiltrates a nationalistic subculture following a killing in Norway.
As the plotlines develop, the series explores the world of the dark web and the shady alliances formed there.
