Speaking of generational talents, Fraser-McGurk has been selected to make his debut in the 2nd ODI in Sydney today.

Aaaaand, 5 balls later, out for 10.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall back in the dressing room to hear what sort of feedback he got.

Perhaps that unaccountable dickhead coach [our what, 3rd in a row now?] could have advised the debutante that this is a 50ODI, and NOT a BB-T20?

My guess Fraser-McGurk got confused, because the so-called coach is a total numpty who cant communicate with players, not unlike Langer....

Anyone with half a brain would have said at least get your eye in for the first couple of overs before you start thrashing at everything, ala Warner.

Well he does have a 29 ball century in 50 over cricket, so I guess the coaches told him to go out and do his thing, that's why he was selected.

The kid has serious talent, whether he has the brains to make best use of it remains to be seen.
