I don’t know why we couldn’t get our seats that we had last year? I had mint seats on centre wing now we had to settle for the fwd/back pocket after many attempts to get better.

I can understand why they are doing it but we should have been offered same seats as previous years!

Some good news for those affected.
Collingwood is aware of a Ticketmaster issue which saw some Club Members incorrectly charged for Marvel Stadium games.

Ticketmaster has since resolved this issue and has confirmed all Members who were incorrectly charged will be fully refunded.

I got charged for the Bulldogs game, but I assume I will get my money back for it.
Yes, you should be refunded.

No I brought a membership to the greatest team in the world.
This level of membership allows me to upgrade to a reserved seat if I desire.
While you dismiss this ‘as an opportunity’ it works for a lot of people.

Yet at 1.30pm there was nothing available

^ not dismissing anything. Just telling you how it is. A GA membership is offered to an infinite number of people, so you are paying for the opportunity to attend. It's not guaranteed.

^ you read into it whatever you want. I'm just telling you how it is. With 100K+ members, not all members can fit into the stadium.

I think if you chose general admission from the drop down tab rather than Collingwood allocation that may work. That’s what I had to do for Anzac Day

Still Waiting on my Ticketmaster Refund

Post by Colin G Wood »

Has anyone yet been refunded by Ticketmaster after being incorrectly debited for Marvel stadium seats for which they were entitled to access for a $0 cost? The club had advised that refunds would be forthcoming but my Credit Card has not been credited as yet?

If you've paid by Credit Card. Contact your bank and make a "Charge Back" claim. It's really easy.

Thanks for the tip, but when the club has already advised that Ticketmaster will be processing reversals to correct their mistake I really shouldn't have to.
