I miss the days when Round 1 was the first game, surprised we aren't backing up in Sin City for a double header.
Should have made round 1 against the Swans in Sydney too and made a week of it, boys could have hit the clubs and wiped the two sin city pretenders and set that entire compromised state straight from the get-go.
Would love to be able to go. And I would have tried to. It's just my Mrs is due to give birth on the 13th. The game is on the 9th, so it's a bit close.
Wait I’m confused what is this opening round? Fixture says OR and the following week is R1 but everything says the season starts with OR. WTF
I still don’t effing get it. It doesn’t count to SuperCoach and round one is next week, but the OR games are official H&A. Why the eff not call this week and next R1 split over two weeks
Round 1 has a full alottment of games. These 4 H&A games have been pinched from later rounds for the sile purpose of playing games in the northern states while the NRL was focused on Vegas. The 8 teams playing in OR get an extra bye during the first few rounds. All 8 teams play in both OR and Round 1, so round 1 isn't a split round.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Tough draw I thought. At least most of them are the MCG.
We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.
Round 17 onwards we only have one game away from the 'G. Happy with that. I think it will be good for us to go to the SCG and get a test a month or so out from finals. May well have to travel back there for a Prelim...
Awesome to hear Fly take a shot at the AFL over the crap draw and short breaks between games and travelling causing more injuries this year. Cleverly disguised as “speaking for all clubs.” It’s tough on the coaches and staff too, not just the players.
