Moorecroft?

Reported in the H/Sun this morning that Collingwood is interested in Moorecroft.
Anyone able to confirm/deny this?

I read that too and cringed. He is a dwarf - a cross between Scott Watters and Brad Fuller. We need class and height not another under sized under paced forward come part time on baller.

You have got to be kidding. Moorcroft is the hackiest of all hacks. He has also had the one and only crowning moment of glory he is likely to have for his entire career by winning Mark of the year, (even though Taz's was better). Being a player at Essendon makes you look good, but this scum burger could only be put in the GF when most of their players were so shot with injury that they needed someone who could get out of bed without breaking the pain killer budget.

Don't be fooled, If essendon don't want him it's because they know the truth about him...... He is a Hacky sack.

Sorry guys I don't agree, anyone who played regular footy with Essendon or Brisbane this year would come to the Pies and not miss a game, barring injury. I don't want Moorcroft so I'm not pushing his barrow, but the truth about the guy is he is a good player. He is not what we need like you guys have mentioned I totally agree, but if he came to Collingwood he would push the weakest of them to Willi and he would be quiet regular, very regular.

this season he sometimes played in the essenscum ressies cos hes had this on going hamstring problem.

i think i'd have him. he just played in a grand final, the boy can play!
just needs the opportunity. at essendon, he wont get it...

we already have crumbing forwards in leon and brodie, but we were 16th in general play goals this year. so i guess something needs to be done about the players at ground level and kicking some goals! thats where moorcroft would be good.

if the deal was right, i'd probably take him!
