The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after.

Thank you Haff. My cleaning lady (as per instructions) did not wash it, however left it folded neatly. Should Collingwood lose on Friday evening I will be certain to employ your suggested method following our next drawn game.

Care instructions: Following a Collingwood drawn game the guernsey worn to / whilst watching said game shall be retained for the following match. Washing is not recommended, but it may be folded neatly whilst remaining in a visible location in the owner's bedroom. Adherance to these instructions should facilitate the desired outcome, ideally a victory over Carlton by one (1) goal in front of a crowd in excess of 88,000.

Went to the casino before the game last night.

Kelly was playing one of the 2 money wheels and i was on the other. First spin, I crack a 47/1. Kelly lost a few spins and came over to the wheel I was on.

I slipped her a five buck chip and asked her to whack it on 23 on the roulette wheel behind me. Next spin, BANG, 23.
She was all excited with the $180. I said whack one on 24... she says 24?
Said yep... bang 24 comes out. We cashed out and headed for the ground.

Walking along the Swan River Kel said "I know why you wanted 23... Pies premiership year, Bobby Hill (grandsons fave player), Hayes got number 23 this year, but why 24?"

'Premiership year babe, premiership year"
Don't count the days, make the days count.

Another one is Sydney are currently 10-1, which is their best start since 1936. We went back to back in 1936 ;)
