^The initial collision no doubt broke the ribs, but maybe it was the continued play on that cause the major damage to spline & lung.
Amazed that they haven't gone on a witch hunt against Darcy

He probably mixed the burnt toast with some charcoal from his chimney

Bobby Hill went over to check on a D's player that got slammed, patted him on the shoulder and was quite kind to him.

Then sprinted off after the ball while the D player hobbled after him.

During his first night in the hospital, a phone call was made to his fiancé saying she should come in because he was losing too much blood. This was way more scary than has been reported. Melbourne are a rabble, and I love that we play tough football and we aren’t a bunch of prats. A good mate of mine who is very senior at one of the clubs said when it comes to coaches you want someone who has won stuff. Man we made the right choice with Fly, by the length of the field
