I see it, and always have. You're not the first person that has had trouble finding it are you?. would there be a reason for this?

I had trouble yesterday at work seeing it.
I was not logged in at the time.
I logged in and there it was!

bokka, following on from what Eunos said, make sure you are logged in when you view the index page.
