Nick's Collingwood Page: Information

Post by Joel »

The site is devoted to the Collingwood Football Club, the legendary Australian Rules Football team and the greatest Australian sporting club of all time.

Nick's over the past few months has gone through some changes, Nick's Collingwood Page is currently going through some upgrades and we hope to add features that all of us "Nick Heads" can enjoy.

Nick's Bulletin Board for a long time now, has been the biggest Collingwood fan forum on the net with over 1500 members and with forums for the Collingwood Supporter groups, the Magpie Army and of course the biggest and best Cheer Squad in the land, so we believe it is time to compliment the biggest Bulletin Board with the biggest fan site, to achieve this we will be seeking to involve the members of the Bulletin Board.

We will soon be calling for submissions of articles, match reports, training reports and original stories, photographs, art, just about anything to do with our great Club, COLLINGWOOD.

Nick's Collingwood Page would like to acknowledge the support of Magpies.net and Magpie mail, whom without none of this would be at all possible, so show your support and purchase a magpie mail subscription and get the best email address on the net, yourname@magpies.net click on the add at the base of this page.

We at Nick's Collingwood Page sincerely hope to make this one of the most talked about fan sites, and we hope with your involvement it will be.

Just in regards to the atual website. We are hoping to have a little News content (with relevance to Collingwood) when it is necessary. For instance, yesterday Rocca trained strongly, this has been posted as a news item on the website. Also, the weekly Ins and Outs are posted, along with the full teams for Collingwood and the team they will be playing against.

So, for you day to day news on Collingwood, don't forget to check Nick's Collingwood Page. http://nick.magpies.net/

However, not only is there day to day news content, there are plenty of regular feature articles to read, that have been written by the members of Nick's.

If you want to have a look at the full list of articles that have been uploaded, click here: http://nick.magpies.net/article.php

Moreover, there are weekly match reports: Prematch, and Post match, as well as a review of the season so far. To take a look at them click here: http://nick.magpies.net/match.php

These are only a few of things that are currently available on Nick's Collingwood Page, and will be available on Nick's Collingwood Page into the future.

Remember, you can be a part of it, just ask in this forum how!

I'd be happy to help write a little piece when news comes to hand but it just depends on wether I'm able to get to the computer in time. How do I submit it to you, do I just post it here?

BTW - On the subject of news suggestions, would a Magpie News forum be a good idea so people can post the links to the page and discuss it in there?
