Today at a scorching (30 degrees is scorching to a pom!!)Gunnersbury Park in London the Putney Magpies British Australian Rules team beat the highly fancied (by the league president anyway) Clapham Demons by 3 goals in the BARFL Conference 1st Semi Final.
This now sets us up against the loser of Shepherds Bush V Regents Park Lions match.
The Preliminary final is again held at Gunnersbury Park at 12.30 on the 14th of August. If you are in London come along to give your support to the black and white. Nearest tube is Acton Town.
