Precisely. Nexy year we will see the best of Leon, if we don't it's probably bye bye.
Wirrapunda? Gets dropped from the eagles from time to time. Maxwell is better than him already. So is Cole. Wirra is great running around as a loose man, but not so flash when asked to be on someone. IMHO anyways.
1. Presti won't be in the Pies backline in 2005 as Tex is better value,
2. Davis will be great and won't be traded for Wirrapunda.
Davis and Didak need to do lots of endurance work over summer and that will allow them to play in the midfield.
Didak can be a Baker like goal kicking centreman and Davis can be a cross between Maurice Rioli and Long - but with blistering speed.
Both will be matchwinners and would not be traded.
Our backline will be very solid in 2005 with extra games in 2004 for Max, Tex and Cole as they will really stand out in 2005 in defense and then we can mix C1, Wakes and Jimmy in.
If we can sit with that in the backline then BJ and Lonie can play on the wing and that will really add some spark and the forwards will be really happy with the ball delivery.
Presti is still more reliable then Tex. Tex will grow into the role, but Presti is better at this stage. ATM, a fit Presti is better then Tex. Tex will replace Presti while Maxy will replace Clemo. Who swaps with Wakes?

Spot on. Add Crow and Hall into the mix as future tall defenders plus Swan as another medium and we're putting together a defence which will be around for a few years.
