Thought it was interesting to see that the lowest attendance for the round was at the match between ex South Melbourne and ex North Melbourne - the two Sydney teams drew less than 20,000 .
Equally interesting was Paul Roos' comment during the game that many Sydney Swans supporters would have stayed away because , as it was an away game for them, they would actually have to pay for admission instead of using their seasons ticket. Assuming he is correct, doesn't it speak volumes for the calibre of "supporter" who has been attracted in the bottom-of-the- harbour city.
