Bombers are eager for either or both of OB and MCG.

Pies history of trades with Bombers is not very good.

Bombers also have very good skilled players on their list.

Simple - get a better skills coaching crew at the Pies - fix the disposal by foot of MCG and play him each week.

Pies have to stop blaming the players and fix the off field staff.

Pies have the worst list for disposal by foot - OB, MCG, Lica, Presti, BJ (improving) etc.,

Get the right skills coaches and keep the players.

MCG and Obree for Solo? Is Obree worth a 2nd rnd draft pick?

If we cant get Solo, i rather keep MCG as trade bait to trade to the demons or kangas to perhaps get Bruce or Harvey

McGough and second round draft pick for Mark Johnson sounds fair enough to me.
How is Bucks supposed to soar like a Magpie when he's surrounded by Turkeys

Ahhhh! Not Cupido. Over rated, self centred and inconsistant. No way.

Has anyone here seen Laycock play? He took some great grabs in the wet against Carlton and backed it up well against Sydney.

I doubt we need another tall though and I really doubt Sheeds would let him go but if it came up I would do a straight swap for sure.

I dont want Cupido or Mark Johnson.

If need be do a three way deal involving those players and try and get a better player from another club. Trade McGough and Obree to the Dorks who are desperate for a midfielder and try and get an early round draft pick.

Cupido and Mark Johnson are not going anywhere. If MCG goes to the bombers it will be for a draft pick, maybe second round not first.

If thats the case don't trade him to Essendon. Sheedy wants McGough to replace Misiti as the in and under midfielder. Sheedy has seen first hand what McGough can do.

Sheedy is smart enough to know how to play McGough to maximise his full potential.

A second round draft pick for McGough is not enough.

I suggest it will be an ealry second round pick. They will not give their round 1.

Would be a shame if he went to Essendon, but would be great for him, he should thrive under Sheedy. If he stays with woods, I can see him pining on the pine for another season which would be even more of a shame.

Have to realise guys McGough is worth next to nothing in trade currency. We would do very well to get a second round draft pick.

He's deficiencies are too well documented and the fact he didn't stamp himself on such a depleted midfield this year is going to make the opposition very wary.

There is little to suggest that with his body shape his kicking will ever improve, which will kill any value he ever had.

I hope I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that if we trade him this year we will do very well to get a second round pick back. I'd expect most offers would be around the third round or a fringe player.

Essendons list is full of pot holes. Never touch guyslike Lovett-Murrey or Cupido. Haynes would be a good get, but Laycock will never happen. I hope we DON'T go for Brent Stanton - he is the worst kick in their team.
