Well had a bad start to the day.
got there and there were no seats we ended up on top level of Pondsford.Then we lose.But we waited after the game for the players saw patto and Lica. Then Rupert came out cause his brother was there from WA . Rupert sign my banner, got a photo with him and met his really nice dad , mum, sister and spunky brother, Rowen.Then they organised to go out that night he said bye and told me he was going swimming with the pies so he left.
Got talking to his Mum and she was so impressed with the banner and that I had his number etc so She asked for my phone number and name and address so Rupert could ring me back and send a picture of himself signed. Rupert then came driving out in his ute and his Mum gave him my details . Started walking to the car and Rupert honked said bye , YEAH
As we got to the carpark there were these guys stuck in a lift so We got them out.Went toMacca's got abused by Richmond players and went home
The best birthday ever.

Well done Michy! A bright story for an otherwise dreary day.

You could have sung our club song at Macca's once you saw the Richmond supporters. Just to show them that our spirit can not be broken, and unlike them, we continue going to see our team even if they have lost four (now five) in a row.

GO PIES. I thought Rups did OK. Getting back to the form that made him "Rupert The Bear".

Wish we could have won for your birthday. I had my brither down from Sydney for his first game in Victoria for 20 years. And the Pies lost.
