Ideas, opinions and thoughts for Pre-Game function

Hi everybody,

I am hoping to get some feedback as to what people are interested in seeing at the function this year. Any ideas, thoughts opinions or any type of feedback, dont be shy let us know what you want, would like to see, do or even win at the function this year.
List everything from food and drink to things to buy and poeple to see and entertainment you would like.
All information is greatly appreciated, and will help make the function even better.

We discussed a few options for the function. If we get the numbers we will have the whole beer garden and the upstairs area of the hotel to ourselves. This would be ideal as we can have a seperate section for kids and non smokers, which is something I would dearly like to have.
We also discussed a basic BBQ menu and some pricing.
They cant be too elaborate as the kitchen is catering for the usual flood of locals, but they will supply us with Steak sandwiches, vege burgers, snags and possibly chicken burgers. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see and I will propose it.
Costs will be close to the folowing. Each item will be around $6 - $7 and sold via a ticket system, so therefore 1 ticket equals 1 food item. We may make discounts for members as well, depending on how many outsiders come in.
1 ticket would buy:

1 x Steak Sandwich
1 x Vege Burger
2 x sausages on bread.
This may change with further discussions. Would like to do something extra for the snag ticket, 2 snags seems a bit rough, we shall see.
