Team vs PORT...I'm getting dizzy

Just visited the club site for the team vs PORT:

Is anyone else wondering what the hell is going on? It's no wonder we've got no sense of team at the moment - this is the 4th week in a row of 4+ changes.

What about poor Baynes & Jaco? What sort of continuity can they get with only 1 week to show anything? If Willo was treated the same as some youngsters, he'd have seen at least 4 ressies games thus far.

I, too, am very confused by Mick's selection process. Why weren't N. Davis and/or Oborne selected for this weekends game, while, Jacotine and Baynes were dropped? What good does this process of promoting players to the seniors and then dropping them the next week do to their confidence?

On your comment on Williams... Didn't Malthouse say that he will not pick players on their reputations and experience? He obviously has changed his mind about that...
