Hey Collingwood faithfull....BREAKING NEWS
i just saw on a preview for sports tonight (Monday night)
something about Collingwood changing their name!!?!? They can't be serious? It has to be some sort of joke! They couldn't be serious!!!! Has anyone else heard anything? We are The Collingwood Football Club, nothing else! it muse be a practical joke after losing so bad on Sunday. I dunno, i just hope there not for real. Anyone else heard anything?

I don't know whether its a joke or not. But that pack of buffoons that wore the black and white at Princes Park yesterday do not have the right to call themselves "Collingwood".

I wonder if Eddie only decided to give this the go ahead since the Sunday debacle?

Geez, I would do anything to disassociate last weeks performance with the name of the Collingwood Magpies!

Don't worry people. It was all speculation and Collingwood Magpies will be known as Collingwood Magpies. And no jumper change.

To quote Eddie: 'The Collingwood Football Club would never change its name nor its colours for any commercial realities, that's for sure'

You make me laugh Alf Andrews!! Hehehe!

I liked Trevor's comment on the Footy Show on Thursday night actually, about the sponsorship: "Mars was going to sponsor them, but they decided that Collingwood can work, they can rest, but they just can't play!"

Actually, that might be tragic, rather than comic because it's the reality =( 'sigh'.
