Walter Henry 'Dick' Lee of course:
Born 19/3/1889 Died 11/9/1968
Played 203 games from 1906-1922 and kicked 707 goals. 3 Premierships and Hall of fame forward flanker. Only the presence of Nuts pipping him for the illustrious Full Forward position.
175 cm and just 70kg.
Dick lead the VFL goal kicking on 10 occassions over his 17 seasons, despite the constant pain of a bad right knee. An injury he received during a game for Victoria in 1911.

Syd Snr is next oldest
Born 13/6/1899 Died 10/11/1976
227 games from 1922-34 and 62 goals.
4 premierships, numerous runners up, Won the first E.W. Copeland trophy in 1927 and the Brownlow that same year. Captain, President, etc, etc.

Gordon is next. 27 months younger than his brother Syd.
Born 25/09/1901 Died 7/11/1968
Started playing in 1920 and finally retired in 1937 after 306 games and 1299 goals topping Collingwood's goal kicking list for 16 seasons in a row.
1933 Copeland trophy winner.

Syd Jnr is the youngest.
Son of Syd Snr played 7 games in 1954

Spot on as usual J26.

I just double checked my records and in fact there was a fourth, not much of player though, nobody would have noticed him anyway. Apparently he is a plumber and has an affiliation with primates. ;)

Why were Floggers banned from VFL games in the 70's, what incident at what Collingwood game was the cause?

Tess....you can't answer this one.


edit: Floggers are the big streamers that Cheersquads struggle with waving up and down when their team gets a goal
