Hello there everyone in Perth,

The Western Magpies would like to thank all the Collingwood Players and Coaching staff that attended our weekend function.
We had a fantastic weekend and although we didn't win, we still walked out with a smile on our face.

For everyone who came along to see training on Saturday morning, you got to see the boys doing what they do best, as we don't normally get this priviledge. It was only a breif training session, due to the heat, but it was still good to see.

For all those who attended our player function, we hope you enjoyed yourself. We received plenty of great comments from the boys who said they had a great time.

The game didn't go our way, but there was nothing but positives that the players and coaching staff can take away with them.
For all those that do know, all players pulled up fine considering the heat they played in, and Paul who was on crutches, only rolled his ankle and will be right for the season.

We would like to thank Cathy and Rosie for coming along and bringing all those floggers, flags and paddies, for all to use, it was much appreciated.
