Wish Pendles all the very best and Congratulate him.

Don't want to put a dampner on things here but few debut with the flair of say Thomas. So, I'm not looking for too much, just hope the kid handles himself well and isn't over-awed, maybe he's part of a few good passages, leaves a good impression and a hint of things to come.

Let's not put too much expectation on the young lad, but at the same time, how genuinely exciting is it to see him have his first hit up?

Like everyone else I'm eagerly anticipating it, from what he's shown in the scooby-doos, this could be our best draft in a long while, all the more sweet because we were widely criticised for it.

Does anyone else here secretly wish that Xavior Ellis ends totally underperforming? Thus far drafting Thomas was a masterstroke, we can only hope it continues to look like that.

I want 35 posessions, 3 goals, 15 marks and 10 tackles.... anything less and once again our drafting has been poor

Not a bad debut from the kid. Made a couple of blunders (understandably) but I like the way he moves. Great to see him get a goal with his 1st kick

What i liked about him, he wasnt all flashy, most of his possesions came from in and under, head of the footy type stuff...

very impressed... looks the likely type to fill the ruck rover/wing possy for the future...

hope he can string a few games together, plus hes in my dreamteam :D

Wasnt what youd call "bursting onto the scene" although i think the absorbing contest prevented him from beign noticed properly, but it just looked like he...well, belonged out there.

Moved very well.

Seriously, we have got ourselves a good footballer here.

I was under the impression he was an outside-type, but he proved to have fast hands and great vision when scrapping at ground level. Generally excellent disposal despite a couple of miskicks - got to expect that in a debut at this level. Also showed real courage on a few occasions.

But it's the way he moves. He's just got so much time. I could toss in some very big names he reminds me of, but I don't want to jinx the poor kid. He'll have his ups and downs before he really makes it.

I'll just say again: we've got ourselves a very, very good footballer.
