Just heard a rumour:-
Gherig to Collingwood, Paul Williams to Hawthorn and a Hawthorn player to the Eagles. What do you guys think?

Alf, if Gehrig's got a crook knee, he's already here! Only problem is whether to give him Butch Edwards No 8 or Teaser's no 20! (and the list could go on).

hmm have we really got the quality small men to let williams go?

well Nick Davis has come on and Leon Davis should although there is a question mark about committment there. Oborne may show why he was highly regarded when drafted. We do get a tall mobile strong marking and long kicking forward in Gehrig though who will likely be more committed under Malthouse and back in Victoria where he wants to be. Will be trading a quality player(when he is switched on) though, and, much like Gehrig has been very inconsistent over the last few seasons. An inconsistent small man for an inconsistent big man? What is the better choice? let the experts decide

after sundays game i reckon willo should stay. he can be a quality player at times, he now just needs to learn to be a quality player all the time (like bucks). collingwood should get chad morrison if we are going to get anyone from the eagles.

As much as i love willo i think he will go cause be realistic and think.Willo only plays about 4 or 5 good games a year and collingwood arent gonna keep him if he only plays a few good games a year,a club can not afford to keep a player like that when they could maybe get someone better.i am not bagging willo because WILLO,I LOVE YOU but i am just saying the truth.
