I'll pay those five. The dads were Geoff Raines, Gary Stevens, Gary Treadrea, Craig Davis and Graeme Allen.

Time to revive the magpie trivia thread. Seeing 1979 is topical lets kick it off with a question relating to 1979.

Which 2 premiership players made their debuts in 1979? Bonus points for the rounds and opposition.

Daics hit the ground running at his beloved Victoria Park. Played in the middle when we smashed the Saints in round 4, 31.21.207 to 3.11.29.

Banksy debuted 3 rounds later at Waverley Park in a good win over Geelong 13.14.92 to 6.15.51. What an outstanding player he was for the club, skillful, courageous and passionate.

Who was the great Darren Millane drinking with after a state game in tassie when there was an altercation that led to Pants being pretty harshly banned from future state matches.
