Congrats to Swanny on a well deserved medal. Clearly our best as he did have a few weeks out to.

I posted this in the other thread, it probably belongs here though...
is there any way of letting Swan know? Cos I reckon it would be awesome if he got an award for this season (really deserved it). Might still be a chance for winning the copeland anyway.

Well how about that....an award handed out where people actually agree with the result!

Holy crap, and it was probably one of the most ad hoc, and informal voting methods every devised.....yet it seemed to work quite nicely.

I wonder why with the 80 years of practice they still havent got a clue how to get the Brownlow right.

What about we get punkologist to mint our very first Nicks B&F medal (badge) and we organise to give it to Swanny.

So..... dumb question..... does he actually win something?

Maybe the club should put on a free all you can drink extravoganza for the people of Nick's where we can award the medal to Swanny? :)

A big thank you to Magpie Since 1986 for tallying up all the votes from round nine onwards, a magnificent effort indeed, working into the wee hours of the morning to bring you the news.

I've got some ideas to make this award even better in 2007 and beyond, stay tuned for details.

I'd be nice to allow Swanny/the club notification of his victory. For an award devised on the spot, it's run nicely.
