Dave The Man
Dave,
I don't post all that much but I read the boards most days and as such I offer more to the people of Nicks than what you do.
Your topics are utter rubbish and what your write in them not much better. Where do come up with that sh!t?! If, by some amazing coincidence, you one day think of something to say that may be of use to someone on this planet, please feel free to post it. Otherwise, shut up!!

Re: Dave The Man
Hear Hear. Like a lot of people, I do very little posting myself, but I really enjoy reading the majority of intelligent topics and posts! Most of Dave the Man's are complete rubbish and are a sabotage on this Board!Your Joking Me!! wrote:Dave,

Lets just say, he is either:
a) Taking the Piss out of us, or
b) Really is that intellectually challenged which is a major concern in itself!

Rhyce is the man for season 2007! As for Chad, looks as if he may be heading back to WA believe it or not.3rd degree wrote:Dave is cool - poor Chad Spoljar!
PS - Dave the Man, after your last post, I am convinced that you are just taking the piss out of us! I'm on the bandwagon as you are Da Man!
From here on, I will just start any old thread and put in 'Comment'!
If I start 15 of those a day and 3rd Degree starts 20 like those and Burnsy17 throws in another 20, I wonder how everyone will react?

Agreed Robbo.
We all know Dave. He's been here for almost 18 months (according to the 'joined date' thing), so I think all that needs to be said has been said.
I can't help but wonder if the people who attack him are aware of the ignore button? Or do they just enjoy the feeling of superiority they gain from criticising him?
Dave's a good bloke. Yes, he might piss you off, but it is pretty obvious that it is unintentional. Why then give him a hard time? Simply, click ignore, and you no longer need to worry about him.
As Harvey said, he is obviously a very passionate Collingwood supporter and there have been times when he has started quite interesting topics but immediately been jumped on. Doesn't reflect well on the people doing it.

My brother got too much oxygen when he was a baby and it damaged his brain, the parts of the brain that controls speech, and his motor skills, and now he cannot read, write, or spell or anything like that he had years of speech therapy and still cannot read, may never read.WhyPhilWhy? wrote:If Dave was your brother, how would you like him to
For all most of us know Dave The Man may have something wrong, and most are being rather unfair on him, he tries, sometimes he posts a thread that'd be silly (see his Pie Stories on AFL.com thread) I'd think most people react better when given some advice on how to work rather then continuely abused for it.
Which is why this thread is a disgrace, there is an ignore button for a reason don't like what is posted ignore him FFS.
