Yep, plenty of KFC. Just what he needs to build those muscles.

Thought he was outstanding tonight. Reminds me of a young Shane Morwood, differnt position but always seems to have time.

I had my concerns. But now .......let me think about it.......he will be a champ. Time & skills......

Pendles reminds me of a combination of Bob Rose, Barry Price, the Twomey Bros, Wayne Richardson not Max, Tuddy the elder, Ron Richards not Lou, Ray Gabliech, Thorold Merrett, Peter Daicos, Phil Carman, Jack Regan when Pendles goes into defence, the Collier bros, Marcus Whelan, Syd Coventry not Gordon, Bill Strickland, Walter 'Dick' Lee, Gavin Brown, Mick Maguane, Charlie Pannam senior, Dick Condon, Percy Gibbs, Mark Williams and Paul Williams all rolled up together.

Ahhh.................................................Patto

He could of been a superstar if only he looked up towards the forward line when he kicked the ball and didn't just bomb it nowhere.

The best is Mark Bayliss drafted 11 in 1988. He was going to rock our world. Total return 4 Games, 6 Goals.

Yeah Pendles was fantastic night. Him and Heater were absolute stars in an otherwise dull sky.

Cant wait to see more of what he showed tonight when theres some of the 11 'starting 18' players back in the side who were missing tonight.

On a serious note with a midfield of an average age of 46, we need the new blood of Pendles, Swanny and the elk to take up the responsibility for moving the ball up and down the field.

I still remember Pendles, lying on the ground, reaching in on Paul Williams and stripping him of the ball as he was just about to take off.

Pendles has that touch of specialness about him. He can perfrom magic, lets hope he becomes the Harry Houdini of the football field.

so relieved that Pendlebury got his hands on the footy. Hopefully that will boost his confidence and he can fly from there.

Its just amazing how he manages to pick the ball up, in a pack, and somehow give off a handball without being touched. Some thing you cant be taught. Hes something special.
