Raffle 1 - 2007: Season Launch Dinner & Hall of Fame

Hi Everyone,
We are now raffling the first prize as part of our Player Sponsorship package. Details as follows:
Event: CFC Season Launch Dinner & Hall of Fame
Date: Monday 19th March 2007
Time: 7.00pm for 7.30pm
Venue: Crown Palladium
Dress: Lounge Suit
Includes:
3 course meal
Beer, wine & soft drink
Hall of Fame Induction
Special address by Eddie McGuire
Special address by Mick Malthouse
Guernsey Presentation to 2007 team
Entertainment
We have been given two tickets which I will raffle off this afternoon. Every paid up member of the sponsorship will automatically receive one ticket per $10 contributed. The Manager of the School I work at will be conducting the draw.

John Anthony was a wonderful host from the moment we sat down at the table. I was lucky enough to be sitting next to him and thoroughly enjoyed his company, as i did Roddys.
Roddy has a photo that i hope he posts soon.

Glad to hear you had a great time Uey - and can't wait for your photo(s) Roddy.
From the start we wanted to make the sponsorship as fair as possible and give everyone involved the opportunity to win something - although obviously a raffle comes down to luck so unfortunately there are no guarantees. I also usually get a person not involved in the sponsorship to draw the raffle to keep it impartial. We did have fun getting Nick to draw the jumper raffle one year!
I certainly keep my fingers crossed that my name comes up, just like everyone else - as I donate dollars as well as my time - but I also just enjoy being involved so a raffle prize is a bonus!

I will post an update after the season is underway but we are still short of our required total so anyone who has pledged but not yet paid please contact me ASAP to get payment details. THANKS!
