Guys I just wanted to mention how proud I was off the cheering last night!! We never gave up!! In the end all our chanting was well rewarded!! I think we are moving forward with the squad already and hop on board ladies and gentelman the Collingwood ship is in full motion!!!

I think round 1 was disgusting. Last night was only good because there was a crowd. I think next year people who aren't going to rock up to the games should be told to piss off.
Tradition? Pfft you call merging with Fitzroy and cheatin to 3 flags Tradition? Winning 4 flags in a row is history, which makes tradition!

Peter i think it was you who gave a couple of nice shoves to the noob trying to 'help' hold up the banner. They should have been free kicks and the noob might have nearly slotted them from there. :) ;)

The guys at the back of the bay in standing room seemed to be a fair bit louder.

lol but the general participation rate of cheersquad members is downright disgusting. When I see the cheersquad of the early 90's it was seen and loud and everything a cheersquad should be.

More emphasis needs to be put on people joining in...People need to get stuck into the people who do not cheer. I don't go home with no voice and a headache for nothing, I do it because I am a proud Cheersquad member. I just can't get over the fact people dont want to join in... but they take their finals tickets when we get them grrrr

Time will tell..are well I change the topic to I was proud of the people around me then.....perhaps having me shouting in there ear all night helps the chances....don't be shy to tell people to chant....

Have to agree with you though still alot of gaps in the squad...still find it hard to belive that you can join the squad and not sit in the sqaud..really makes no sense to me...
