3. Heath Shaw
2. Burns
1. Harry
Honourable mentions to Travis Cloke (best game he has played in a LONG LONG while), and what was also great was the sheer gut-wrenching disappointment you could see on his face when he shanked that kick out on the full...he knows just how unacceptable it is.
Also to Rocca, once again played a game that is fast becoming typical of our "Re-born" full forward.
Rhyce Shaw has improved out of sight in the last 2 weeks, and unbelievably is actually spearing passes now.
Swanny was also great, as was Daisy, and Pendles was great at the start and in patches thereafter.
ALthough ive only given him one vote...the real surprise was Harry. He stopped what is basically the competitions most in-form Full Forwards dead in his tracks...didnt kick a goal and didnt look like getting one. He wore him like a glove, made him work overtime just to earn a possession....and forced him to be moved up the ground to cover Rocca.
Speaking of which, in a side that has Feltcher (all-australian), Mal Michael (all-australian), Patty Ryder (future all-australian) and Adam McPhee in defence....why in HELL would you put your best forward in defence...would have been better putting him out to CHF.

3. Heater (say no more)
2. O'Brien (Lucas was one of the best players in the comp for the first 4 weeks HB stoped him completely)
!. Burnsy/Didak (I'll give it to Burnsy [Talk about captian material he has been our leader along with Clem)
I had to mention Dids, for a come back game after a knee reco he was awsome and proved how vital he is to us.

3=. Malthouse (analysis, match ups, selections and tactics were brilliant)
3=. Heater (obviously best on ground...simply outstanding!)
2. H.O.B. (destroyed the player who has won all their previous
games, they looked to him continuosly & found nothing
due to his performance)
1. Tarks (did it all and did it hard.....inspirational)

2. Sir Scott Burns
1. Travis Cloke
Trav nearly missed because of his kicking, but his presence across CHF made our movement so much better and quicker. Its amazing what a good CHF does to a midfield. It allows them to back themselves because they have someone to kick to everytime. Despite missing goals, his presence probably set up most of the goals.
Harry deserves a spot, sorry mate. Rhyce was brilliant against Davey, but he made a few errors when he had the pill. That said, his role against Alwyn just about was the most vital onfield. He and Harry will most likely feature in the coaches awards...but to me you just cant go past the 3 i mentioned.
Rocca, Lockyer, Cox, Thomas, Didak, Clement all superb as well.
