Other teams supporters coming to Nicks

What's the deal? We have a sideshow bob who's a melbourne supporter and some Essendon supporter posting here. Granted, they haven't said or done anything wrong yet, but I was under the impression that other teams supporters who came here got an automatic 1 yellow card just on principle?

I thought that was the case as well, but I think some got an automatic red card as well. Well used to at least.

I don't have a problem with their posts atm.

The BB rules say:

Supporters of other AFL clubs may be warned just for showing up. Supporters of Essendon and Richmond may receive two warnings and Carlton supporters will be banned on the spot as a time-saving measure. Supporters of South Australian teams will be treated with great disdain as well as being warned - and may not retaliate. What are you doing here anyway?

I note it says "May" and assume the mods are exercising discretion as neither in being in anyway inflammatory. Just thought I'd raise the question. This is what this forum is for, yes?

I'd suggest they'd be closely looked at when they post, at the moment I think sideshow bob has one post and that was in the VFL thread on the main board.

From what I have seen I hadn't seen the Essendon supporter post.

For those that don't know, or just haven't bothered to read the rules, it states:

The operative word is MAY. Maybe changing it to WILL should be considered.

But why should we? We want this place to be clean. Free of infection of the other 15 clubs.
If it's good enough to have a rule about, why not take it to the next level and implement segregation?

I read sideshow bob's post, the other one I haven't seen, I don't even know the username of the other one.

After Monday I doubt we'd see the Melbourne supporter again, we may however if we lose see a few show up to lay the boots in but they will be removed sooner rather then later.
