You think about how much longer Brown,Crosisca,Monkey will be there and you can see even more holes appearing.

This is what is hurting the Club now and will haunt us for the next few years.
Bringing back any one these guys would not solve our problems as there are no standouts in there. But if you brought back 6 of them it would help our depth problems and put a little bit of pressure on guys as Shawry said getting a senior game for us when they wouldn't get a game elsewhere !

It's OK to do a clean out but I fear the Club is starting to realise they've thrown out the baby with the bathwater.

Can anyone explain the concept of Succession Planning to Messers Shaw, Frawley, Judkins & co. ?????

I fear we'll do the same when we replace Shawry because surely even we wouldn't appoint Frawley as seniors coach - the day that happens is the day I give my membership away !!!
