I banned Rooboy last week and he emailed me wanting to know what was wrong. I lifted the ban yesterday and he was straight back into it. I've re-applied the ban and won't be lifting it this time.

Incidentally Larry hasn't been banned, he took the warning and has applied some self regulation, pity Rooboy, who came in on Larry's bandwagon, couldn't manage the same self control.
