Honourable mentions to Maxwell who was again sensational, Daisy who was again brilliant in patches, Davis ditto.


Cloke also deserves a mention. Was by and large a quietish game...but he still racked up 18 odd touches and did quite a few very nice things. Those sliding gathers, to handball are becoming a welcome trademark of his.

honerables go to Daisy , pendles and davis' 1st quarter.

Maxwell was actually soundly beaten by a 5th gamer his opponent was half the reason melb got so close to winning and i can't remember last time he bet his opposing player in defence.

Yes he is hard at it and courageous but weasn't in the best imo.
