Extremely late to be notifying people now of the arrangements. This should have been in the newsletter for past few weeks, making sure it reaches everyone. Not everyone goes on Nicks either.

Very poor management.

I'm sorry about the late notice. I rang the Club this morning so I could find out the exact details and prices so I could post it on here for you. The newsletter with all the details was supposed to be given out at the game on Friday night but went missing. :?: Hey, I didn't decide on the times and prices etc.etc. so don't shoot me, I'm just letting you know what I know. :)

Jan... please be fair about this...

ppl can only notify when they themselves know of the arrangements...

And please tell us how it couldve been in the newsletter for the last cple of weeks... when nobody knew for sure that we would make the finals or how much tickets would be or where or when we would be playing...

How would you have organised this??

Looking forward to your answer

The time and place for picking up tickets could have been arranged weeks ago when they decided we would have the same seats for finals as we've had all season. If the seating was arranged why couldn't the time and place for picking up tickets also be arranged on the chance we made the finals.
The price has also been know for a while through CSL. If people get told early enough they can arrange for someone else to pick up their tickets for them. (I'm not 100% sure but I did hear that one person can only pick up a maxiumum of 8 tickets).

Paul, The hall is just a stone throw away from Richmond East train station if this helps you.

Thanks for letting us know JBJ.

It was actually reported in the CS newsletter 2 weeks ago because I have it at home.
It was supposed to be in the newsletter last week also but it didn't arrive in time for the game apparently.

I will have to take time off on Thurs to go to Lexus and the parking is a bugger, have to pay $10 I guess.
If I can pick up tickets for anyone else, just let me know although I'll probably need your memberships beforehand.

Thanks Stik35. Yes, if you're collecting for other people you will have to have their Seasons Ticket. As far as I know there is no limit to the number of people you can collect for.

I made a newsletter for Friday night however there was a mix up and myself and Travis from the club could not find each other so i apologise for that.

I do not create the notices in the newsletter, i simply put in all attachments lesley benham sends me and put them in. I just do the match preview, wordfind, williamstown report etc.

GO PIES COME SATURDAY NIGHT WE WILL ALL BE REJOICING

Yeh, details for collection and allocation have been in the last couple of newsletters, as well as match day committee going around and speaking to CS members and drawing their attention to these same details.

The people responsible have been very open and advised others as soon as they could about arrangements. I too have to take time off work, arrange for transport into town, but hey, am very glad to.

Well done to all those involved.

I think it's a better system this year that was used last year.

i agree sam because we all get the same seat we have had this season meaning no one can get upset or unfairly treated come finals time, a first best dressed policy can never work as people have lives and need to work as well and do not have the same freedom as others.
