Finally got my cheersquad card

Post by stik35 »

I received it yesterday. Hooray!
Now hopefully I can come and go from the cheersquad area without being hassled by Security!

Halla-bloody-leujah !

So, what's your secret? Did you hassle them or bribe them or something?

I'm still waiting for mine ...

... and waiting ...

... and waiting.

Just got your cheersquad card?! Wow, I received mine just before season 2002 started - what is ironic here is that the first time that I was in Melbourne and could use it was in round 8.

I would think that they would send the cheersquad cards out to the local folk first. *shrug*

Go Pies! You are doing us Proud.

I actually joined up in the cheersquad in round 1 of this year and still have not received my membership card. I used to be a member of the Cheersquad about 10 years ago and in those days you got a membership card, keyring and a felt patch with a pretty cool design.

Just an idea but i think the cheersquad should design and sell a tshirt each season for members of the cheersquad. Im sure there are some creative people in the cheersquad who could come up with a catchy design. Anyway that was just an idea......

I am the game, you don't wanna play me
I am control, no way you can change me
I am have heavy debts, no way you can pay me
I am the pain, and I know you can't take me

Look over your shoulder, ready to run
Like a good little bitch, from a smoking gun
I am the game, and I make the rules
So move on out, and you can die like a fool
Play the game, you're gonna be the same
You're gonna change your name, you're gonna die in flames
Hahahahaha
Time to play the game!

Alf, I sent an email via the official Collingwod site and it came in the mail the next day.
I thought maybe it was just coincidence but if no-one else got theirs it must have worked.
Try it!

I'm joining the 'still waiting' group.

Actually I went to Vic Park the other week and they said I should talk to Kerri about it. Kerri had earlier told me to go to the club. Shifting blame perhaps?

Goodbye Dolly I must leave you, though it breaks my heart to go,
Something tells me I am needed at the front to fight the foe,
See - the soldier boys are marching and I can no longer stay,
Hark - I hear the bugle calling, goodbye Dolly Gray.

GOOD OLD COLLINGWOOD FOREVER, WE KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE GAME,
SIDE BY SIDE WE STICK TOGETHER, TO UPHOLD THE MAGPIES NAME.
SEE THE BARRACKERS SHOUTING, AS ALL BARRACKERS SHOULD,
OH, THE PREMIERSHIP'S A CAKEWALK FOR THE GOOD OLD COLLINGWOOD
