Last year as a joke or just a fun idea we offerd people to have there photograph taken wearing the gold wig for 5 bucks..it turned out to be sensational even mick malthouse donned the gold wig..didnt see any dosh though but mick looks scary at the best of times so we decided unaminously it was on the house Image tried to get ed but couldnt find the bugger Image

I know its early days but i dont want to lose an idea when i get one so this year on family day we will ask people for 5 bucks to have a pic taken wearing the gold jacket and the proceeds will go towards getting everyone in the cheer squad a gold wig..can you imagine the beautiful sight as the pies storm to another victory at the 'G' and behind the punt road goals there is a sea of victory gold celebrating a glorious collingwood victory.

Does everyone like this idea ?

we're gonna have to sell a few pics because gold wigs are not cheap so if everyone got behind this idea it would be a scream and this year i promise to get a pic of eddie in the gold jacket and we'll post it here on nicks..

any other ideas for cheer squad on family day please post on here ok

Great idea Joffa, it would look sensational.
Am I right in saying that the MIG has never been wrong?
As I assume that everyone would be taking their lead from you (as to when to don the gold wigs) it puts a lot of pressure on you to get it right.
Hopefully Mick will address the problem of the opposition scoring goals in time on as it's never over till it's over and you just never know.

Yes true the man in gold has never been wrong..the perfect record remains intact..and yes when the man in gold appears it will be the signal for 300 plus wigs to come out and glitter away BEAUTIFULLY.

This year the man in gold will be sharing the gold, each week when the pies look to have it won, a kiddie in the cheer squad will be given the task to don the gold jacket it will be fun.

Well good afternoon carla Image

Family day is usually about 2 weeks before the main game at jock's place keep your eyes on nicks and you will no doubt come across a post as we get near.

Now we're gonna need help we need to find a supplier who distributes the ilustrious gold wigs if we can do that it will mean a cheaper price seeing as we are getting them in bulk.

We need an instamatic camera i will supply the film and you will get the photograph once the shot has been taken and of course when the dosh has exchanged hands.

Can anyone please help ?
