people who have no awareness of what's around them or any consideration for others .... ppl who:
- congregate in the middle of a path to chat
- walk on a bike only path
- look suprised when you ask them to move so you can get out froma window seat on public transport
- as above and expect you to climb over them to get out
- queue jump
i could go on and on and on ............

My frigging left ankle. Woke up this morning and I can hardly walk on it. Was fine yesterday. I went over on it badly playing footy about 15 years ago and buggered ligaments in it and ever since, some mornings I wake up and it takes 10 mintes to warm up before I can walk normally. Most days it's fine, but today it's been frigged all day. No swelling, full range of movement pain free untill I put weight on it and try to walk, then it kills.

Can't you do anything about it? Operate or whatever?stui magpie wrote:My frigging left ankle. Woke up this morning and I can hardly walk on it. Was fine yesterday. Doubt it Omar, it's structurally sound, I wouldn't be surprised if it's arthritis. When I first hurt it, the ankle rolled so the foot was pointing inward and I was actually standing on the round bone bit on the outside of the ankle. Whacked ice on it and had a black bruise up to the bottom of the calf in 5 minutes. It's normally fine as I said apart from first thing in the morning, but today's just been a biatch. Only way I can walk without pain is to put weight on the outside of the left foot and not flex it.
