Isn't there a limit on the number of AFL listed players who can be in a VFL game? Won't we therefore need a group of 10-15 players to make up the rest of the team? Listed players used to play for Willi reserves for this reason I think. So if a third of the side must be non-afl listed, shouldn't we have an idea of who these guys are going to be before we start dreaming of sub-standard victory?
