What pisses me off is honestly putting a great deal of effort into work, going above and beyond normal expectations, and still getting ranted at by upper management because the store isn't looking that great.

It's tempting just to give up sometimes.

Monday night...train is 12 minutes late.

Tuesday night...train gets terminated at Cheltenham, had to get a taxi home,$10 outta pocket

Wednesday night...finished early, ended up on an earlier train, had some old fart grabbing my arse at every chance.

Tonight...train is 13 mins late, terminated at Moorabbin, had to get off at Bentleigh to try and get home at a reasonable hour, missed the last bus from there by 30 seconds, had to get another taxi,$20 outta pocket tonight.

How god damn f&%#*ing hard is it to run a train on time and provide a reasonable service?!?!
Very Hard according to Connex

That's what happens when you privatise vital services.

Well it's not hard, but it's more expensive than running a crap service at a higher profit. Why would a profit-driven private company choose the more expensive option when it has a state-supported monopoly?

We need the rain and I'm stoked to get over 60mm in the last few days but did it have to get so goddamn cold?
